It all depends on the number of inputs you will require, how many vocalists you have, and how much you want to record. We require 3 hours minimum is you have 2-4 people in your group. If you have more questions, please email us at hello@poemastudios.com.

When you book your session, the scheduling tool will allow you to share your input needs with us. We will do everything on our end to have your input list ready to go before you arrive, so please be thorough with these needs when you book.

Things you can expect to consume time :

• Band members arriving late

• Unloading gear

• Setting gear up

• Sound check

• Multiple takes of each song

• in ear monitors/headphones

  • available for use when booking if you don’t own any

• iPad for monitor mix

  • please install the “L-20 Control” app from the app store

• pre-arranged tracks if applicable

  • clicks and cues

  • confidence track

  • a single performance track of your complete set list

The studio can accommodate up to 12 people give or take, snuggly.

You can record as much as your time slot allows for! However, please keep in mind your time slot needs to include set up and tear down.

There will be a photographer on-site. If you prefer to bring a photographer please feel free, but it will get snuggly.

We provide :

• all cables needed to hook up instruments, microphones, etc

  • XLR

  • 1/4” TS Instrument

• In Ear Monitor System

Some things we don’t provide :

• capos

• guitar patch cables

• guitar/bass picks

• closed back headphones

• In Ear Monitors

  • if you do not own any, they are available for use when you arrive for your session

If you have specific microphones you prefer to use, you are more than welcome to bring them! Please keep in mind this may lengthen the set-up time.
